PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Please be assured that we do not sell, rent or share your information to any other companies or organization. In addition, your purchases and credit card information is protected by Authorize.net to ensure secure protection of your information.

SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most products are shipped within 48 hours (weekdays) of receipt of order. Custom orders may take longer and you will be notified if this is the case. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. In the case of multiple ship-to addresses, a separate shipping and handling fee will be charged for each address. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery unless you choose an expedited form of delivery.

RECYCLING
Out of respect for our environment and in keeping with our commitment to protecting our resources and planet, we re-use packaging materials that we receive in shipments to our facility where possible. We also will also use clean newspaper and other materials. If we use peanuts it is because we are reusing material that came into or warehouse instead of sending it to the landfills.

SHIPPING DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Please inspect and identify your package and product for shipping damage and shortages upon receipt. Notation of damage or shortage must be made at time of delivery. Damages or shortages must be reported to the shipping company and BodyJaz within 2 business days of receipt. In the case of shipping damage, please be sure to save your packaging for inspection by the shipping company.

RETURN POLICY
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from BodyJaz. If you need to return a product to BodyJaz, please call our office for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise. Returns must occur within 30 days of receipt of product and product must be returned in new condition and in it’s original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on items, we will not accept C.O.D. shipments.

Because of hygienic safety we cannot accept returns of opened personal care products such as oils lotions and creams. Also, we cannot accept returns on opened CD’s, DVD’s, books, washed linens and coverings. Returns should be addressed to:

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you choose to pay by check, money order or cashiers check, please allow one week for bank clearance. We do not ship C.O.D.
