YOGA WITH DONNA ![]() Yoga with Donna is gentle Hatha Yoga practice, perfect for all the phases in a woman’s life, moving through the basics, and grounding us in the Now. Plenty of time for breath and reflection in each pose, as well as careful instruction, to allow you to deepen each pose to your own level. It’s always the right time in life to start or restart your yoga practice!
Donna O'Neil, RYT is a certified and registered yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga in Eugene since 1995; she has a wide range of experience in teaching to all levels of yoga students. Her teaching is inspired by Anusara and Ananda traditions.
Beginning/Continuing Wednesday 5:45pm – 7:15pm
For people who have no major health setbacks currently...You can be stiff, you can be rusty! The class will help with developing strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.
Gentle Yoga Thursday 4:30pm – 6:00pm
This class is for people who want to stretch, relax, restore, breathe, blow off stress, and regain health.
COST: $89 ~ 10 Class Package, $10 Drop In

YOGA WITH RENUKAH ![]() Yoga with Renukah Uses the ancient teachings of Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to gain a better understanding of yourself through the physical aspects of the yoga along with mental clarity through meditation and deep relaxation. No matter if you’re brand new to yoga or want to deepen your practice; Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables you to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings. Renukah Hunter has been influenced by yoga since early childhood. She started her own Kundalini practice in 2000. Having studied yoga in India from 2000-2005, her teachings carry an influence from the many different styles of yoga she has studied, including Ashtanga, Hatha, and Kundalini. Drawing from her background in dance and physical education, Renukah incorporates poses to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and a relaxed mind.
